Position Overview: The Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruiting team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Find prospects for open jobs and set up email campaigns to attract candidates.
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate with candidates to confirm interview details and provide follow-up.
Support the recruiting team with job postings on various platforms.
Assist in screening resumes and identifying potential candidates.
Provide administrative support for the recruiting process.
Collaborate with team members to improve hiring workflows and processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferred).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
