Job Description

Kelly wants an experience manager, would love neuro background but not required. Must be able to hold reps accountable, Performance mgmt. (PIP..etc), challenging convos, using DATA, KPI, using this data to coach. pre call planning. Ask them what type of culture do they want to create, define structure, Must be able to hire talent. THe team needs direction... she said most likely 3 reps will need coached out. 
Reason for OPening - replacement poor performance by previous mgr./// 9 REPS. Team is full but as soon as this manager gets in they are going to have to put two reps on PIP. REGION has a ton of opportunity, just needs to be managed properly.
TERRITORY : FL, AL, MS, LA 50% travel ====>> SEE MAP , 6 reps in FL, 2 reps in LOuisiana, 1 rep in PR , Must live near airport
ALL SPECIALTY NEURO TERRITORY = All of Louisiana except New Orleans. Must live in the Lafayette, Baton Rouge or Alexandria areas. 
Product = crexont & Ogentys
Pay structure = 158-184K... to qualify for higher ed would need to be more experienced.
