Pay rate: $62 to $67/hr
Shift Schedules:
Day Shift: 12 hours/day, 36 hours/week
Night Shift: 12 hours/day, 36 hours/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery for an exciting job in Fort Myers, FL.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring, delivery, and postpartum patients, including high-acuity cases.
Monitor maternal and fetal status using advanced fetal monitoring (AWHONN) and respond promptly to emergencies.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and other interventions according to physician or midwife orders.
Accurately document patient care, assessments, and interventions in the Epic EMR system.
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) nursing experience
Prior travel nursing experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Completed and passed AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring class
Degree accreditation on profile or minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring class and EFM certification (preferred)
