We're looking for a motivated Remote Healthcare Recruiter to help source and connect with top healthcare professionals across the United States.

This is a 100% remote, commission-based role offering maximum flexibility and earning potential.

What Youll Do

• Source and engage healthcare professionals (physicians, APPs, nurses, etc.)
• Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and attract the right candidates
• Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Work independently while meeting recruitment goals

Requirements

• Basic to conversational English and Spanish
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn (search, outreach, messaging)
• Ability to utilize social media platforms for recruiting
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work from home
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
