Job Description

Remote Junior Marketing Support Assistant | Entry-Level | No Experience or Degree Needed

Want to support real marketing teams without writing content, doing sales, or managing customer service? This entry-level remote role is ideal for beginners who want to learn the systems behind digital campaigns—how leads are collected, followed up with, and booked—using simple tools and guided workflows. No experience required. No college degree needed.

Includes access to a step-by-step 5-day onboarding challenge that helps you build your first fully functional campaign system.

About the Role

As a Junior Marketing Support Assistant, your focus will be on setting up backend systems that keep marketing campaigns running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for building basic workflows that automate messages, assign tags to new leads, and organize the follow-up process so nothing slips through the cracks.

This role is built for first-timers. You’ll follow a structured, proven process with beginner-friendly tools and prebuilt templates. If you can follow instructions, you can succeed here.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with System Setup

Use drag-and-drop tools to build forms and landing pages

Connect forms to calendars and automated reminder sequences

Implement logic to trigger the right messages based on what a lead does (or doesn’t do)

Contact Management & Tagging

Assign tags based on user actions (e.g., scheduled, ignored, canceled)

Organize contacts in the CRM by behavior and funnel stage

Maintain clarity in the system so follow-up flows operate cleanly

Test Campaign Flows

Simulate real leads moving through your system to check for errors

Troubleshoot issues like skipped messages or missed calendar steps

Adjust message timing and triggers to improve performance

What a Typical Day Might Include

Completing a task inside the 5-day Marketing Systems Challenge

Building a follow-up flow for leads who don’t book a call after signing up

Testing the journey from opt-in to confirmation message

Cloning your system for a different campaign with minor adjustments

Organizing contacts and verifying tagging is correct across automations

No Experience? No Problem.

No marketing or tech background required

No degree or certifications needed

No phone calls, design, or copywriting work

You’ll Do Well If You…

Like organizing systems, following checklists, and solving small logic puzzles

Prefer structured, behind-the-scenes work over customer-facing roles

Want to build a foundational skill that opens the door to freelance or support roles

What You’ll Gain

In-Demand Skill Set

Learn how to set up and maintain core marketing automation workflows

Use industry-standard tools to build functional systems

Gain a repeatable process that you can apply to multiple clients or campaigns

Full Remote Flexibility

Work from anywhere with no required schedule

Go through onboarding at your own pace

Ideal for side hustlers, remote job seekers, or first-time digital workers

Structured Onboarding

Includes a 5-day beginner challenge with daily walkthroughs

Prebuilt templates and tools provided

Access to a private support group for troubleshooting and guidance
