This is a remote position.
Are you passionate about sports and experienced in organizing travel? We are seeking a detail-oriented Sports Travel Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of various sports-related events throughout the year.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of sports travel, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, accommodations, and marketing.
Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth execution of each event and travel itinerary.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with travel arrangements, reservations, and event logistics.
Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sports travel coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for sports and event coordination.
Comfortable working in a remote environment with self-motivation and time management skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
