Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant management jobs at Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, In-N-Out Burger.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Your Impact:

* Managing and Developing a team of 20+
* Collaborate with the Owner to create and implement new policies/procedures and systems
* Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety
* Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
* Reporting directly to the Owner to discuss the current/future state of the store

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for:

* Opening or closing the store
* Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant
* Ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met
* Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Can demonstrate humility, kindness and care for others
* Passion for quick service restaurants
* High level responsibilities running a high volume restaurant
* Experience creating systems
* Experience managing a P&L, food cost, inventory and labor
* Is capable of holding others accountable

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure success. Prior experience as a rare very helpful to your success at this job.
