Job Description

RPA（ robotic process automation）developer designs and maintains software robots, or bots, to help streamline business operations and automate business practices. Responsible for identifying organizational challenges and determining what business processes can benefit from automation. Plays a key role in streamlining an organization by improving its efficiency and reducing its costs.

Responsibilities:

Automation Opportunity Assessment
Collaborate with business teams to identify processes suitable for automation, applying RPA and low-code implementation principles.
Process Documentation
Create and maintain technical documentation, including “before vs. after” process flows for all automation initiatives.
Solution Design & Development
Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot automation solutions using UiPath, Python, VBA, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
Maintenance & Support
Monitor and maintain existing automation processes to ensure stability and performance.
Change Management
Implement changes following structured change control processes to minimize risk and ensure compliance
User Enablement
Provide training, resolve issues, and collect feedback from end users to optimize automation adoption.
Technical Training
Deliver relevant technical training to staff to build internal automation capabilities.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to ongoing enhancements and other related tasks to support organizational efficiency.

Requirement/Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
Minimum 3 year of experience in automation development related to ERP, Office, and web applications using UiPath and low-code platforms.
Strong proficiency in VBScript/VBA and Python.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
Advanced skills in MS Office.
Excellent communication skills and strong learning agility.
Open-minded, positive, and integrity-driven.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
