Safety Manager (High-Profile Construction Projects)

The Safety Manager oversees safety, health, and environmental compliance across high-profile construction projects, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site safety audits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with project teams and contractors to enforce safety programs.
• Investigate safety incidents and provide regulatory guidance (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and lead industry safety initiatives.
• Manage safety documentation, conduct training, and monitor regional safety performance.
• Travel within South Florida..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field; CSP or CHST certification required.
• 7–10 years of EH&S leadership experience, including construction safety.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, cranes, critical lifts, excavations, and elevated work.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Intelex or Procore is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
