What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and service Resideo security alarm systems and Hikvision CCTV solutions
- Travel to customer sites across the U.S.—no two days are the same!
- Troubleshoot and repair system issues on-site, ensuring rapid response and total customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed, organized records of all work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes, schedules, and project timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proficiency with Resideo alarm panels (formerly Honeywell) and Hikvision cameras/DVR/NVR platforms
- Attitude: Self-motivated, highly organized, "can-do" mindset
- Clean Records: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history; pass a criminal background check
- Adaptability: Comfortable traveling nationwide and working independently
