$19.50/hour

Available Schedules

• We have all available shifts open, must be willing to work weekends.

Job Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily operations of security personnel.
• Assign patrol areas and monitor staff performance.
• Train and mentor new and existing security staff.
• Enforce compliance with security protocols and safety policies.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. 
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. 
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI’s safety manual. 
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.

This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements.

Pre-employment requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in the security field.
• You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. 
• You must pass all required background and drug screenings.
• Maryland Guard Card is required
