We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join EPAM Data Practice.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your extensive knowledge of data and analytics to help design and implement strategies that deliver value from data. The ideal candidate will engage in strategic consultations, take the lead on developing new solutions and make an impact by working directly with client C-level stakeholders and EPAM's top experts.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a Data Strategy Consultant or Senior Product Owner
• Assume the role of Product Manager or Program Manager as needed
• Lead Data Governance and Engagement initiatives
• Consult on Business Analytics, defining north-star business vision and data strategies
• Drive the definition and measurement of business value and ROI of engagements
• Manage end-to-end data product lifecycles, from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders, and end-users to facilitate project delivery
• Simultaneously drive multiple complex engagements

Requirements

• 10+ years of end-to-end experience in Data & Analytics
• Strong background in managing Data Products, and Data as a Product or Service
• Proficiency in Data Governance including implementation and building of Data Cataloging, ensuring enterprise-level metadata models
• Knowledge of Cloud technology
• Understanding of data architecture, data elements, and data lifecycle
• Qualifications in design thinking encompassing discovery to delivery and success measurement
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical audiences and senior stakeholders
• English proficiency level: C1+

Nice to have

• Experience in AI product management
• Competency in advanced analytics solutions and BI/reporting
• Familiarity with master data management or self-service data solutions
