## SUMMARY
We’re looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our team! If you love bringing ideas to life—whether through stunning marketing visuals or intuitive user experiences—this role is for you. You’ll be shaping how our brand and our clients connect with their audiences, creating designs that not only look great but also feel seamless and engaging.
If you have UI/UX experience, a keen eye for design, and a passion for storytelling through visuals, we’d love to hear from you! Bonus points if you bring video editing, animation, or other creative skills to the table we’d love to hear about it!
## RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and manage multiple design projects for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring high standards of creativity and accuracy.
* Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop creative concepts that meet their business goals.
* Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing interfaces for websites and apps while ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, refine designs based on user feedback, and stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
* Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including websites, social media, print materials, packaging, and more.
* Develop and design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, brochures, and other promotional materials.
* Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines of both the company and clients, contributing to a consistent visual identity.
* Work with internal teams and clients to understand marketing objectives and develop design solutions that align with those objectives.
* Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
* Oversee the design process, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, as well as industry developments and changes.
* Communicate with clients to present design concepts, receive feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet their expectations.
## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Must have a good command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
* A portfolio of work that includes several modern approaches, demonstrating versatility and flexibility.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AI software such as Midjourney.
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools, with a strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
* Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating intuitive interfaces.
* Experience in Prepress and print design.
* It’s a plus if you have expertise in creating video animations and video editing.
* A strong understanding of marketing principles and branding.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects for different clients simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
