Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close process
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Budget preparation and projections
• Audit report preparation
• Internal controls and process documentation

Senior Staff Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• 3+ years corporate accounting experience
• Knowledge of audit reports
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial software (Sage Intacct experience a plus)

• Comfortable with organization's Christian values and mission

• Financial transaction management
• Report creation and analysis
• Process improvement
• Data manipulation (Pivot Tables, Queries, What-If analysis)
