Job Description:
- Provide legal advice on corporate and real estate tax matters .
- Work across multiple practice areas , including M&A and nonprofit tax law.
- Offer tax planning, compliance, and strategy for diverse client needs.
- Handle tax implications for transactions and audits.
- Support firm growth through collaboration and client engagement.
- Potential for Senior Associate or Partner track based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD)and bar admission in relevant state(s).
- 5+ years (Senior Associate) or 10+ years (Partner) in tax law.
- Expertise in corporate, real estate , OR M&A tax.
- Experience with nonprofit tax law preferred.
