Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office.

Job Description:

• Provide legal advice on  corporate and real estate tax matters .
• Work across  multiple practice areas , including M&A and nonprofit tax law.
• Offer  tax planning, compliance, and strategy for diverse client needs.
• Handle  tax implications for transactions and audits.
• Support  firm growth through collaboration and client engagement.
• Potential for  Senior Associate or Partner track based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD)and  bar admission in relevant state(s).
• 5+ years (Senior Associate) or 10+ years (Partner) in tax law.
• Expertise in  corporate, real estate , OR  M&A tax.
• Experience with  nonprofit tax law preferred.
