A strong background in engineering principles, electronics, circuitry, and embedded systems, along with experience in manual and automated test strategies. Proficiency in LabView NI or Python and the ability to lead smaller technical projects are essential. You'll need a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with a master's degree).
