Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our global Product & Engineering team in a contract-to-hire role reporting to the Global Head of Product & Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in full lifecycle UI/UX Product Design including UX briefs, research, personas, user flows, wireframing, hi-fi and low-fi prototyping, A/B testing, and iterating.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Owning full lifecycle of UX design process including UX brief, research, personas, user flows, wireframing, hi-fi and low-fi prototyping, A/B testing, and iterating
  • Leading and conducting user research and user testing initiatives
  • Creating visual elements for web applications, mobile apps and other formats
  • Brainstorming design ideas to inform the product development process
  • Conducting competitive research to ensure current and future design paths
  • Evaluate existing products for usability
  • Planning and implementing UX for new products
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating and operating in synch with product, engineering, and project management
  • Bringing a user-centric design approach to everything you do
  • Leading, shaping, and adopting consistent design standards
  • Creating and maintaining design component library
  • Learning and communicating the latest trends in UX and design


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Used to working on a small team or a team of one
  • Proficient in usability and ease of use
  • Understand Human factors
  • Experience designing B2B enterprise applications
  • Have developed a process that can be executed with confidence
  • Tools: Figma
  • Communication: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with an emphasis on technical documentation and collaboration.

  • Successfully increased product adoption
