Qualifications

• 8+ years in software testing/development, with 4+ years on ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in one of the tools - ATF, Selenium, Postman, SOAP UI.
• Hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Catalog Scripts, Integration Hub).
• Experience across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, CSDM, Discovery, Event Management.
• Strong knowledge of upgrade lifecycle, patch testing, and defect management.
• Skilled in test management/defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM, Discovery, Event Mgmt.), ITIL v3/v4.

• 8+ years of proven experience in manual and automation testing, with deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Some of these includes ITSM, Service Catalog, CSDM, ITOM).
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and external automation tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, SOAP UI.
• Hands-on experience with API testing for ServiceNow integrations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) to develop/modify Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Catalog Scripts, and Flow Designer logic.
• Experience with update set migration, ServiceNow development lifecycle, and deployment processes.
• Skilled in test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades, patch testing, and defect management.
