Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Social Media & Content Manager for a growing, innovative company in the media and marketing space. This role is remote , but candidates must be within driving distance of Stamford, Connecticut .

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that grow brand presence across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can create compelling content while maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure marketing campaigns align with company goals and messaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, manage, and execute engaging social media content across platforms.
• Create visual and written content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), or CapCut.
• Monitor social media analytics and optimize content for engagement and reach.
• Support marketing campaigns, including paid social initiatives and SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience managing and growing social media presence for brands.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in creative software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut).
• Familiarity with social analytics, SEO, and paid social campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
