Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' speech and language development, ensuring goals are met across all environments.
Monitor & Track Progress: Regularly track and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide Support & Guidance: Offer professional guidance to teachers on classroom interventions, strategies, and techniques for supporting students with speech and language challenges.
Participate in IEP Meetings: Contribute to the development of students' IEPs by offering insights and recommendations during IEP meetings.
Educate & Empower: Teach staff and parents about speech-language strategies and tools that can be used both at school and home, fostering a strong support system for students.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
A valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
