The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in an innovative, remote environment and is eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) that align with each student's specific needs and learning goals.
Provide Therapy Services: Deliver direct therapy to students, both in individual sessions and small groups, in a virtual setting, helping them to improve their communication skills.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' speech and language development, ensuring goals are met across all environments.
Monitor & Track Progress: Regularly track and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide Support & Guidance: Offer professional guidance to teachers on classroom interventions, strategies, and techniques for supporting students with speech and language challenges.
Participate in IEP Meetings: Contribute to the development of students' IEPs by offering insights and recommendations during IEP meetings.
Educate & Empower: Teach staff and parents about speech-language strategies and tools that can be used both at school and home, fostering a strong support system for students.

Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
A valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Prior school-based or pediatric experience is preferred.
Virtual experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students, families, and educational staff.

Benefits:
Competitive pay with opportunities for bonuses.
Paid time off to support work-life balance.
Professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
A supportive school environment where innovation and teamwork are encouraged.

If you are excited about the opportunity to help students thrive and grow in their communication abilities, we would love to hear from you! Join our team and be part of an organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children.
