Location: West Bridgewater, MA

Pay: $53/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Start Date: August 4, 2024
End Date: November 3, 2024 (with the possibility for extension or a permanent offer)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract position at our excellent rehab facility in West Bridgewater, MA. This role requires a professional with at least one year of recent experience in a nursing home or rehab setting.

Requirements:
-At least 1 year of recent nursing home or rehab experience.
-Active MA SLP license/certifications.
-Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities:
-Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
-Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
-Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
-Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
