What You'll Be Doing:
Provide Expert Care: Deliver skilled speech therapy services to patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing difficulties.
Assess and Treat: Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders.
Educate and Advocate: Serve as a vital educator, patient advocate, and member of our interdisciplinary care team.
Collaborate: Partner with case managers to create effective treatment plans.
Travel: Provide care to patients in their homes in the Solano County area, with minimal visits to Napa County.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
Current unrestricted California Speech Therapist License.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Valid California Driver's License.
Knowledge of individual development and human behavior related to illness/injury.
Understanding of the influence of culture on healthcare.
Experience in home healthcare (highly preferred).
Experience with high acuity patients (a plus!).
Experience working with an interdisciplinary team (highly desired).
Case management fundamentals (highly desired).
Self-directed and empathetic approach.
Critical thinking and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
