**Title:**
Sr Coordinator, Professional Affairs & Clinical Education
**Job Description:**
Provide technical, clinical, educational, administrative, and operational support to the management of various PACE programs (which may include, but is not limited to, KOLs, physician training, advisory boards, proctor programs, medical conferences.). Establish relationships and work effectively with healthcare professionals, vendors, global sales and distribution teams, and cross-functional department representatives. Job duties:
+ Provide administrative and operational support to the PACE team.
+ Provide support with managing physician engagement activities and travel arrangements, as needed. Provide guidance on processing payments for proctor related services and other proctor programs, as required.
+ Manage Ringi (Project Approval Process) generation and approval process as needed by PACE team to facilitate creation of and routing for comments/approvals, including check requests, invoices, and other financial documentation.
+ Complete submission and facilitate processing of forms to legal, finance, and other departments as it relates to HCP engagements.
+ Assist with program management for PACE team, including, but not limited to, program administrative tasks, logistics planning, and guidance. Assist with speaker selection, leading/planning calls, and leading/managing the event.
+ Serve as a leader/mentor for PACE logistics team. Act as go-to subject matter expert on all supporting logistics for any PACE activity.
+ Advise and mentor for completion of payment tracking for ongoing proctor and program support.
+ Assist with expense report generation, submission, and reimbursement, as needed.
+ Assist with organizing and communicating physician related travel for support of, training, and other educational programs.
+ Organize periodic webinars, conference calls, team calendars, meetings, databases, travel itineraries, and visa coordination as needed.
+ Assist with organization and distribution of materials for training events and proctored cases.
+ Reformat PowerPoint presentations into new templates and adjust slides as requested; communicate presentations with key stakeholders.
+ Facilitate training requirement compliance for the PACE team.
+ Route PACE related documents for internal approval.
+ Maintain physician training documentation and training modules.
+ Prepare surveys and reports from programs.
+ Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Minimum three (3) years of clinical or a minimum of five (5) years of administrative office support experience.
3. Excellent organizational and project coordination ability with acute attention to detail is essential.
4. Proven track record of providing successful administrative support and interpersonal competence.
5. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative problem solving.
7. Extremely reliable and dependable.
8. Strong proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
**Desired Qualifications**
1. Experience working in medical device industry.
2. Professional talent to accommodate the needs of multiple associates with various work styles.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
4. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
5. Knowledge of Adobe and related graphics programs is preferred.
