Overview:Position Summary:
The Sr. Product Manager for Data & Governance will play a critical role in defining and executing the data governance
strategy for the organization. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of
policies, processes, and tools to ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data across all business units.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Governance:
· The Data & Governance Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for data governance across the CSC
Serviceworks Data Platform, including data stored in datalake and other data modalities
· They will shape the data governance strategy for CSC Serviceworks, and own the roadmap for data governance
features with the platform
· In this role, they will work closely with other cross functional teams to define governance requirements, and
with engineering and data science to develop product features and capabilities that address specific data
governance challenges
· Define product requirements, use cases, and success metrics for data governance solutions
· Oversee the implementation and integration of data governance solutions with existing systems and processes
· Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures
while staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting data governance
Data Products
· Define and develop the strategy for data-driven products and services, focusing on delivering actionable
insights, automating processes, and enhancing decision-making for customers
· Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to design, develop, and launch data-driven
features and services such as analytics dashboards, predictive insights, benchmarking, and reporting tools
· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products, tracking and analyzing product performance,
usage, and customer satisfaction
· Act as the bridge between technical teams (data scientists, engineers, data analysts) and business teams
(marketing, sales, customer success), translating complex data concepts into business value
· Communicate the vision, roadmap, and progress of data products clearly to leadership and other key
stakeholders

What we’re looking for:Required Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field and 6+ years of relevant
experience
· Master’s degree preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Experience developing products in the data governance space, with a deep understanding of data cataloging, data
quality and data lineage principles, frameworks and technologies
· Experience of product management experience, with a focus on data products, analytics platforms, or data-driven
solutions and tools like Unity, Purview etc.
· Experience working with APIs, data integration, and cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, SQL, etc.)
· Experience driving successful implementation and delivery of initiatives that span multiple development teams in
an agile environment
· Understanding of best practices in accessibility, and enterprise security & privacy considerations
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
