LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Scrum Master (Consultant) for a fast-paced, enterprise-level transformation project based in Rosemont, IL. This consulting opportunity is ideal for a Scrum Master who’s seasoned in both Agile best practices and real-world implementation. We’re looking for someone who can not only run ceremonies but elevate team performance and collaboration.

Senior Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies—Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives—with energy and purpose
• Remove blockers and help teams stay on track toward their sprint goals
• Guide teams through Agile maturity, coaching on best practices and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs and align on delivery priorities
• Use Azure DevOps to manage sprint boards, reporting, and story tracking
• Lead Scrum of Scrums and manage cross-team dependencies
• Set clear team norms including Definition of Done and Definition of Ready
• Promote Agile excellence by coaching on metrics, quality, and delivery practices

Senior Scrum Master Requirements:

• 8+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is a must
• Proven ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong communicator who can translate between business and tech
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, A-CSM, SAFe SM, or CSP)
• Background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experienced in SAFe environments and scaled Agile coordination
