Must have Level 1 Trauma Experience RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission. Requests will only be accommodated if approved by the facility at the time of booking. Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. No. Must have CST through NBSTSA Required Certifications: BLS # of CVOR Cases: Average of 3 hearts/day Summary of Cases Required to Scrub: Required cardiovascular procedures include Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atherectomy, ASD repair, Cardiomyoplasty, CABG, ECMO, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, and VAD management. Experience in CVOR and First Assist roles is also required. Floating: Yes. Floating required per Prisma Health policy. Staff may float to other units/campuses based on census and only to units they are qualified for and trained in. **Float to the Main OR if CVOR volume is low.
