As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Associate , you will focus on sourcing, recruiting and screening for a set group of positions. Your main job will be to find and contact qualified candidates, then invite them to apply for career opportunities with ND HHS. To do this, you'll use different digital marketing tools and sourcing platforms to connect with candidates. Furthermore, you'll pre-screen applications to ensure the best applications move forward in the selection process. And you'll communicate with applicants about their status throughout the selection process.
To thrive in this position , you must have the ability to build strong connections. You will be the link between candidates and their future careers with ND HHS. Success in this role comes from being, driven, focused on goals and able to spark excitement in candidates about the chance to make an impact. You will also need to be resilient - seeing "no, thank you" not as a rejection, but as a chance to improve your approach in a competitive job market.
To be considered for this position , you must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing or sales, or a related field. A mix of education and work experience that shows your ability to recruit and communicate with candidates through digital platforms is also acceptable. HR certification is a plus but not required.

Location : ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model. This position may work in the Bismarck office or from home anywhere in North Dakota or surrounding communities with the ability and willingness to work during regular business hours.
