We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
We are looking for a bilingual dynamic and energetic recruiter with a minimum of 1 yr exp in recruiting IT roles:
•Basic knowledge of principles and practices related to talent acquisition sourcing and hiring.
•Good knowledge of HRIS, PC software and spreadsheet applications.
•Good oral and written communication skills.
•Basic project management skills.
•Basic knowledge of local employment laws and recent practice of compliance activities related to talent acquisition.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills, high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
•Good interview skills, sourcing skills and advisory skills.
•Maintains high level of integrity and business ethics.
