We are seeking a Temporary Recruiting and HR Coordinator to support our client during a seasonal uptick in hiring! This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and LOVES delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience.
What You’ll be Doing…
· Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite and virtual) with candidates, hiring managers, and panels.
· Draft and post job advertisements across platforms and maintain candidate databases using ATS tools.
· Greet candidates, participate in interview panels, and communicate updates to ensure a positive hiring experience for new hires and rehires.
· Maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
· Address employee inquiries and support HR projects, including engagement initiatives and process improvements.
· Prepare reports and analytics related to recruiting and HR metrics.
· Collaborate with the People Experience team on administrative needs, including document preparation and file management.
Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…
· At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a similar role.
· Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms (experience with Paycom is a plus).
· Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· You’ve got a reputation for being a self-starter who can work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
Here’s the important details:
· Location: Primarily remote; occasional onsite in Lynnwood to attend interviews
· Pay Rate: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
· Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
· Contract Length: 3 months
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
