Test Proctor/Validation Specialist needed!
W ill be working for ADET (Associate Directorate for Education and Training) in the Linthicum, MD area, performing administrative services support.
Must hold TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
-Provides service support in test proctoring and validation.
-Enroll, register, schedule and confirm test candidates across multiple networks as needed.
-Deliver and proctor all required tests and ensure tests are administered according to DoD testing standards.
-Prepare and handle test materials according to applicable policies and regulations.
-Maintain testing related statistical databases for report generation.
-Respond to all testing and test delivery related queries received via email, phone, or walk-in requests.
-Adhere to all policies and procedures regarding data integrity for the language testing systems.
-Regularly review and read all testing correspondence to ensure compliance with all procedures and guidelines.
-Perform basic testing application trouble-shooting skills on test facility computers.
-Provide training to incoming proctors. Performs uploads of test results to the appropriate systems.
Experience Required, in addition to the appropriate security level:
Minimum of 4 years in MS Office Suite of products and have basic application trouble-shooting skills.
Two years of experience in a customer service environment
