We are currently seeking a Trade Desk Business Analyst - ONSITE 4 Days to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, automation, or redesign. 
• Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation to clearly outline current and future state processes. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels to gather requirements and implement process changes. 
• Propose and design new processes, systems, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and meet business goals. 
• Take ownership of complex, high-profile projects, and may mentor and guide junior analysts. Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainable improvements. 
• Produce and review reports, status updates, and performance metrics to communicate progress and findings to stakeholders. 

Required skills and qualifications

• 4 years of experience in trading desk experience in Trade execution and trade settlement team.

• 4 years of experience in large cap stocks, some option trading
• 3 years of experience in CTM/Moxy knowledge

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of Genesis Platform: This is a software platform from SS&C Advent streamline trading workflows 
• Good communication skills

This position is not for remote work and candidate needed to be 4 days in office from 9 AM - 5 PM
