Pay: $18–$19/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; some Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Overview
We are hiring a dedicated Traffic Coordinator to join a growing team in Broken Arrow. As a Traffic Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for managing traffic and forklift spotting activities during major equipment moves. The ideal candidate will ensure safety and efficiency while helping maintain a clean and organized yard.
Primary Responsibilities
• Direct forklift operator movement using radios and hand signals
• Control traffic flow , including stopping traffic when necessary for equipment movement
• Clean and organize the yard , removing wood, pallets, and transportation debris
• Stand and walk for 90%of the shift
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and respond to alarms
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather and outdoor conditions
• Follow all PPE requirements , including hard hat, vest, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots
Required Experience & Skills
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Consistent work history with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work long hours on your feet in a non-climate-controlled setting
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and maneuvering in tight spaces
• Detail-oriented and reliable , with strong team collaboration skills
• Must pass a national background check and drug screen
