LWR/Bradenton, Florida, law firm seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of relevant legal experience in Trusts and Estates.

Responsibilities - Associate Attorney

• Handles a variety of legal matters in the areas of estates, trust, tax, and wealth planning and related transactions.
• Drafts Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, and other documents for estates with wide-ranging values.
• Responsible for Probate and Trust administration.
• Guardianships
• Attorneys will be Involved with handling wealth transfer planning, trusts and estates, probate related transactions.
• Communicates with clients and other parties involved in transactions and other legal representations.

The qualified estate planning attorney should possess an LL.M. in Taxation. Must also have outstanding writing, communications and interpersonal skills, along with a strong work ethic.
