We are seeking a UI/UX Analyst to lead the design and user experience of enterprise web and application solutions. This role is responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and user-centered designs that align with business requirements and technical feasibility. The UI/UX Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet usability and accessibility standards while delivering a consistent and engaging user experience.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective interface designs and user journeys.
· Conduct user research, interviews, observations, and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
· Develop personas, workflows, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design solutions.
· Facilitate design workshops and reviews to gather feedback and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
· Lead the visual design, usability, and accessibility of applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG and ADA standards.
· Provide design resources, guidelines, and best practices to development teams for consistent implementation.
· Perform accessibility and usability testing, iterating on designs as needed.
· Advocate for the end-user throughout the design and development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
·3+ years of experience in user interface design and user research.
· Education or certification in graphic design, interaction design, visual communication, or related field.
· Experience designing to established design standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG preferred).
· Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility testing methodologies.
· Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final deliverables.
