Unit Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care
Coordinate care plans and ensure regulatory compliance
Serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers
Monitor resident well-being and respond to changes in condition
Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment
Unit Manager Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in Ohio (required)
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to resident-centered care and team leadership
