We are urgently seeking dedicated and experienced ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS for part-time and full-time

positions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment. The safety and security of personnel and visitors at warmth welcome centers.

Job Title: Armed Security Officer

Company: Blueline Protection, LLC.

Required Qualifications:

-Must be armed and have your own firearm. 

- At least 5 years of professional armed security experience. 

-A professional customer-focused approach to security. 

- At least 4 years of professional customer service experience. 

- Bilingual proficiency (required)

- Strong report-writing skills. 

-Open availability, including weekends

- Ages 25-42 preferred

Key Responsibilities: 

- Monitor and report any security incidents or suspicious activities. 

- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shelter and warming center occupants. 

- Follow all security protocols and post orders. 

- Maintain a professional appearance at all times. 

- Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally. 

-Write detailed and accurate reports of incidents and observations. 

Uniform Requirements:

Must purchase the required uniform (links provided below). 

Total cost: approximately $100. Black pants, Security shirt and duty belt can be found on Amazon.

Work Schedule & Available Shifts:

Positions are available 7 days a week to ensure full coverage. 

Part-time and Full-time shifts may include:

-Evening/Night Shifts: 6 PM – 12 AM or 12 AM – 8 AM PRIORITY

-Afternoon/Overnight Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM or 11 PM – 7 AM 

-Morning Shifts (Weekends Only): Saturday and Sunday: 7 AM – 1 PM 

Salary Range/Compensation: 

Independent contractor position. 

- Starting pay: $11 per hour (without certifications). 

- Raise potential after 90 working days, up to $15 per hour. 

Bi-weekly pay.
