The ideal candidate will be an FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) with extensive experience in both STAT (Statutory) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) reporting. This individual will play a key role in explaining results, improving processes, and developing the talent within the team.
