El Cajon Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time associate!

We are NON-CORPORATE so have the freedom to practice OUR way without corporate oversight while still earning excellent pay with full benefits in a very fun environment.

Job Details:

We have a fully integrated Idexx lab, a brand new top-of-the-line x-ray machine, 4 RVTs, and 6 DVMs in a staff of 26.
Many of us have worked together for 15+ years and we have very low turnover in all areas because we treat everyone right.
We offer very competitive pay, I cover your health insurance, we cover each other so that everyone gets ample time away from the hospital, and you have the freedom to practice the way that’s right for you.
We don’t have minimums, no negative accrual, don’t sell our clients things they don’t need just to generate sales, and we set everyone up for success.
