Compensation:
$23 - $40 hourly.

Responsibilities:
Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
Film property tours that are effective and timely
Film drone footage to display our properties and the community
Take Matterport 3D tours of properties
Take still photos of properties for marketing
Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
Organize events, take photos, and then market on social media.

Qualifications:
Education in marketing, photography, or equivalent film experience required
2+ years of experience in film and photography
Experience with shooting with gimbal and drone
Post-production experience and knowledge
Must possess excellent communication skills
Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions.
