Job Description

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media
• Trending videos, hashtags, and topics
• Post reels (with proper optimization) 
• Edit reels
• Create cover photos for reels
• Share try-on videos with links and tag brands (in IG stories)
• Post outfits (name this look) 
• Keep track of name this look names 
• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage other accounts
• Keep highlights up to date (many of these are old with outdated links) 
• Manage LTK
• Keep up with trending searches on LTK (info is usually put out on this) 
• Keep up with the big LTK / industry sales and help prep for them
• Post linking try-on videos 
• Keep track of items that go on sale and reshare them to LTK and Instagram to motivate sales 
• Post links to Instagram content before it goes on Instagram (will include shopping for comp products for sold out items featured in outfits) 
• Create 2 graphics per day for gift guides, outfit ideas, sales, retailer roundups
• Repost high performing items on LTK (if they were already yielding high sale conversions, then repost) 
• Manage YouTube
• Cross-post reels to YouTube shorts and utilize the YouTube "shopping feature" to link products for those videos (compelling titles, keywords) 
• Long-form video description box including linking outfits / items from the video
• Review videos from my editor
• Order thumbnails (or telling client what she needs to shoot for thumbnails - based on research of popular videos) in order to give to editor
• Research video ideas that are in client's niche
• Research compelling video titles for client's videos in order to optimize discovery of her channel
• Manage TikTok
• Cross-post reels to TikTok with proper keywords
• Post / link TikTok shop items for affiliate commision sales
• Look for items client can review on TikTok shop
• Manage Amazon Storefront
• Keep storefront up to date
• Upload Amazon specific outfits / videos / reviews to Amazon page
• Optimize storefront to ensure its discoverable
• Manage Facebook
• Cross-post reels to Facebook with proper keywords 
• Cross-post outfits to Facebook
• Post Amazon deals to Deals Facebook group
• Post other sales to Deals on Facebook group
• Manage Pinterest
• Keep client's "looks library" updated
• Pinterest strategy, currently don't have one other than uploading my outfits 
• Source and shop, fill cart and client will make final decision
• Identify sales
• Manage up 
• Plan out weekend filming and to-do lists 
• Manage Asana boards to track all inventory, try-ons, short-form videos, long form videos and outfits 
• Manage email to ensure no opportunity is missed and are answered timely 
• Create and manage consistent newsletter
• Assist with brand outreach

Requirements

• Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must) 
• Must be available to have calls and meetings 5:00pm - 9:00pm EST
• Eye for design / fashion (a must) 
• Experience with Click-Up (a plus)
• Good grammar
• Creative
• Detail oriented
• Intuitively organized
• Ability to meet deadlines
• 15 hours per week (with availability to increase as needed)
• Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
