As an entry-level Virtual Assistant, you'll provide administrative support, coordinate tasks, and ensure seamless operations. We are located on 39465 Paseo Padre Pkwy, Suite 3200. Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
• Handle email and phone correspondence
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Assist with help desk tickets and troubleshooting
• Document technical issues and resolutions
• Conduct research and provide technical information
• Assist with software updates and installations
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Update CRM systems and spreadsheets
• Generate reports and analytics
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or IT role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with IT concepts and terminology
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Experience with help desk software
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Certification in IT or related field
