**Position Available: Virtual Assistant**
**Work Hours :**
* 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (Potential to go to 6 hours per day, 5 days a week)
* Might be required to work weekends
**Compensation:**
* $5/hour
* Must have or create a Payoneer account for receiving payment
* Must download the Jibble software
**Job Requirements:**
* Must have a reliable laptop or PC
* Stable Wi-Fi connection
* Must have good English skills
* Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office
* Professional and friendly interaction with clients
* Some College is preferred
* Accounting Experience is preferred
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients and vendors
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
* Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
* Track status of clients
* Prepare invoices and contracts
* Follow up on outstanding payments and client inquiries
* Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
* Provide general support
**Work Environment Requirements:**
* A quiet workspace for professional communication
* Headset and webcam for virtual meetings
* Strong organizational skills to manage appointment settings
