Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with data entry and administrative tasks. In this remote role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information across our systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into various databases and platforms.

  • Verify the completeness and correctness of data before submission.

  • Maintain organized digital records and uphold data integrity standards.

  • Assist in preparing and generating data reports as needed.

  • Respond to inquiries regarding data and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

  • Collaborate virtually with team members to improve and streamline data processes.

  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar virtual role.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Workspace, CRM tools) is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with the team.
