## **About the Role:**
We are looking for a **highly professional, motivated Virtual Assistant** who is fluent in English, has **strong sales experience**, and is passionate about taking ownership of their work. This role is critical to our front-end operations, requiring **full accountability** for connecting with prospects, communicating with customers, and supporting the business in closing deals.
You will be responsible for **outbound calling, appointment setting, follow-ups**, and **handling inbound leads** who reach out to us. You’ll also assist with **social media graphics**, **software management**, and **various business tasks** to help drive growth. ## **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Calling & Communicating with Prospects:**
* Make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain positive engagement with potential customers.
* **Sales Support:**
* Help drive deals by connecting with prospects, nurturing relationships, setting appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on all communications.
* **Full Accountability for Tasks:**
* Take ownership of all assigned activities, manage your workload independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
* **Social Media & Graphics:**
* Create and post basic marketing graphics and content (Canva or similar tools) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* **Software Use & Management:**
* Learn and operate various business software systems for CRM, marketing, communications, and task management.
* **Administrative Support:**
* Assist with scheduling, document handling, CRM updates, reporting, and project organization.
* **Flexibility & Availability:**
* Be prepared to work at varying hours to accommodate prospect schedules and urgent business needs.
## **Requirements:**
* **Fluent English speaker and writer** with excellent communication skills
* **Sales experience** (cold calling, appointment setting, customer engagement)
* **Strong organizational and time-management skills**
* **Professional demeanor** in all communications (email, phone, text)
* **Graphic design skills** (Canva or similar platforms)
* **Tech-savvy** and adaptable to learning new software tools quickly
* **Self-motivated** with a results-driven attitude
* Must have **reliable internet connection** and a quiet, professional workspace
## **Preferred Experience:**
* Previous CRM platform usage (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
