Job Description

We are seeking a  dedicated and outgoing individual to join our team as a  Customer Support Agent . In this remote role, you’ll be instrumental in planning and booking unforgettable sports trips for leisure clients around the world. If you’re passionate about providing top-notch customer service and love helping others plan their travel, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a  Virtual Customer Support Agent , you’ll guide clients through the research and booking process, ensuring they enjoy seamless, well-organized experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, offering expert advice on destinations, transportation, accommodations, travel dates, and costs
  • Plan and coordinate transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and additional services, creating comprehensive itineraries
  • Use effective communication and sales techniques to present attractive travel packages, including event tickets, hotel stays, airline reservations, and car rentals
  • Provide outstanding customer support throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure a smooth experience
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset (sales experience is a plus)
  • Access to a smartphone with internet; a laptop is recommended but not required
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial but not mandatory
