Licensed Therapist – Work from Home with Competitive Pay

We’re hiring LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs in California for a fully remote therapy position that gives you the freedom to work from anywhere while making a real difference.

About the Role:

• Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans to align with client goals.
• Provide crisis support when needed.
• Keep client records updated and compliant with regulations.
• Work alongside a collaborative, supportive team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license (or ability to obtain).
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar field.
• Ability to connect with clients in a virtual environment.
