AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Delonix Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests by delivering excellent service and attention to detail.
Welcome guests and provide them with a memorable dining experience
Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverages, and make recommendations
Take and accurately process food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system
Serve food and drinks to guests in an efficient and friendly manner
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns promptly
Ensure that tables are set and maintained to a high standard, cleanliness is upheld in the dining area
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service
Assist in closing duties, including cleaning and stocking for the next shift
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hotel environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
