Warehouse Manager Responsibilities: - Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety protocols
- Lead, develop, and manage a warehouse team, fostering a positive, accountable work culture
- Handle staffing, training, and performance management for warehouse personnel
- Maintain and manage inventory systems and coordinate with procurement as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders; optimize delivery schedules and routes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams
Warehouse Manager Requirements: - 5+ years of warehouse management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven experience managing a P&L of $5 million
- Experience with time sensitive and short shelf-life inventory
- Dispatch experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
