Job Description

As part of a few openings under a newly awarded long-term contract, GovStaff is seeking a junior-level Web Developer with a secret clearance and an IAT Level II certification for a key opening with considerable career growth opportunities for the selected technical professional. Position is on-site at the Army War College (AWC) in Carlisle, PA

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum interim Secret Security Clearance issued by the Federal Government
• 3 years of related software or web development experience
• Must possess an IAT level II certification: preferred Security +, but other qualifying certs are CompTIA CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; AA or Technical Degree preferred with BS highly desirable

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and T-SQL.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Fixinator, Builder, and Selenium for automated testing.
• AWS product knowledge is a plus.
• Development experience in Visual Studio IDE.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines and Git is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, designing, and deploying web pages
• Develop and maintain web pages.
• Utilize proficiency in web development and design software applications.
• Apply content management techniques such as ColdFusion Application Server Admin, MS Internet Information Server, .Net, SharePoint Portal Online/Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), React, Angular JS, Google Analytics, and emerging technologies.
