Job Description

Wireless Support is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Wireless Account Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of business wireless accounts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

The Wireless Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, develop tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of wireless accounts to foster strong client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries and requests
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive customer savings, meet customer needs, and save them time
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications account management or sales
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts successfully
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to working overtime as needed to keep up with client needs

Benefits

This is an hourly position with a significant commission and bonus component. Total cash compensation for well performing account managers ranges from $110,000-130,000/year. In addition, we offer company subsidized healthcare options and a 2% 401k match.
